Building on years of shared housing experience, we provide structured, income-qualified housing for independent adults seeking stability and accountability.
We are currently accepting interest applications for upcoming placement consideration.

Linmar Housing provides independent shared housing only. We do not provide medical care, supervision, assisted living services, or clinical treatment. Residents must be able to live independently.
