Linmar Housing was built on over 15 years of hands-on shared housing experience. What began as providing room-based housing within a private residence has evolved into a structured housing program designed to serve income-qualified adults seeking stability and respectful co-living environments.
Our Housing Program focuses on independent adults living on fixed or limited incomes, including seniors and veterans. We provide fully furnished shared homes with written household expectations, substance-free standards, and structured living guidelines that promote accountability and long-term housing stability.
Linmar Housing is not an assisted living facility or treatment provider. Our model is designed for individuals capable of independent living who value a stable and well-maintained shared home environment.
As we expand to open our next location, our mission remains the same: to provide structured, affordable shared housing that supports independence, dignity, and community.
Linmar Housing provides independent shared housing only. We do not provide medical care, supervision, assisted living services, or clinical treatment. Residents must be able to live independently.
